01 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "e8e8" or "Platform" — The e8e8.cam website and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the e8e8 platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile that manages all activities on the platform.
• "Services" — All online gaming, betting and entertainment facilities provided by e8e8.
• "Real Money" — Actual monetary transactions made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits granted by e8e8 for promotional purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer process, meaning the method used to verify a user's identity.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users located in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on the e8e8 platform. Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform. Creating an account by a minor is strictly prohibited and any such account will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name, as a member of the same household, or from the same device or IP address will be treated as fraudulent activity.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, e8e8 reserves the right to close the account at any time and cancel any winnings earned.

2.4 KYC Verification

e8e8 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence to verify a user's identity. KYC becomes mandatory when deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed a certain limit. Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete.

03 User Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are required to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing or renting the account to a third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Lawful Use

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Participating in money laundering, tax evasion or any other illegal activity using the e8e8 platform is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Personal Use Only

The account may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Placing bets for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

3.4 Code of Conduct

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the e8e8 platform is ৳100. Deposits can be made through popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal funds are generally sent to the relevant payment method within 1 hour. Your account must have completed KYC verification at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Limits and Verification

For security purposes, e8e8 may set a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. e8e8 may request additional documents while reviewing a withdrawal request.

4.4 Refund Policy

Funds placed in a game are generally non-refundable. However, in the case of transactions affected by a technical error, e8e8 reserves the right to make adjustments subject to verification.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at e8e8 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met. Bet contribution rates across different games may apply differently to wagering calculations — the detailed terms of each bonus offer will be stated separately.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus credits must generally be used within a set period from the date of issue. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. The validity period will be clearly stated in each promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The e8e8 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or an attempt to fraudulently exploit bonus benefits is detected, e8e8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Ensuring Fair Play

All games on the e8e8 platform are operated using fair and transparent technology. Our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe — use internationally recognised Random Number Generators (RNG).

6.2 Game Results

The outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined. Using any software, bots or automation tools to influence game results is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection or other technical issue, e8e8 reserves the right to review the relevant transaction and make appropriate adjustments. Any claim relating to a technical error must be submitted to support within 24 hours.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

If an event is cancelled after a bet has been placed in sports betting, the relevant rules will apply. Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and any winnings will be withheld if such activity is suspected.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e8e8 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegally obtained funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Using bots, macros or automated software to influence games.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Any other activity that harms the integrity of the platform or other users.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by e8e8

e8e8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• An order from a court or government authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time via live chat or email. Any approved balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
